Walking around the city makes me confirmed that Kuching is one of the cleanest cities in Malaysia.
If you are visiting East Malaysia, you should not leave Malaysia without paying Kuching a visit. You will not regret it.

Sarawak Kolo Mee, the original one in Kuching, Sarawak
The SIN LIAN SHIN coffee shop is located in Jalan Green and housed the famous Sarawak Kolo Mee stall. There is always a crowd waiting patiently for their bowls of Kolo Mee and Wanton Soup.
If you want to taste the real original Sarawak Kolo Mee, do visit this stall.
The Kolo Mee is home-made egg noodles flash-boiled and served with garlic, shallots, minced pork, white vinegar, pork oil and sliced pork "char siew".
You have to mix up the mee with the mixture-sauce beneath the mee to make the Kolo Mee taste delicious. The texture is just right.
It is really tasty and special to our liking. It is still one of the best Kolo Mee ever tasted.
The wanton soup is good as well with the wanton skin melts into your mouth.
The Sarawak Kolo Mee in this stall might not have minced pork and "char siew" in quantity compared to those in Singapore, but it taste authentic and original. It is out of this world if you like Kolo Mee.
Kuching is famous for its cat statue, Sarawak Laksa and the famous Kolo Mee. No visitors should leaves Kuching without trying out the famous Sarawak KOLO MEE. You can find them everywhere in Kuching but this stall in Sin Lian Shin Coffee Shop is one of the best in Kuching, according to my brother-in-law.
