Vietnamese Food in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

There are many restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City serving Vietnamese food or cuisine. One of them I found after visiting the Ben Thanh Market is located in 53 Thu Khoa Huan, Ward Ben Thanh, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam.

This restaurant serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

The spring roll is really very good compared with what you get in Singapore. It is authentic.

The prawn cracker cakes are very crispy and good in taste especially when you dip it in the sweet chilli sauce provided.

The fried tofu in chilli sauce is good.

The chicken dish is delicious.

There are more than 45 PHO 24 shops around Ho CHi Minh City. You can find them in all corners of the city and food courts in Shopping Malls.

You should not leave Vietnam without trying out the Vietnamese Pho. It is basically like our Koay Teow Soup except in this case they supply alot of vegetables like basil leaves, onions, bean sprouts .

The Beef Pho

The add-on to be dipped into the Pho soup to cook them.

Another popular dish is the Spring Roll.

You are supposed to put a basil leave on the lettuce. The spring roll is added on it and dipped into the sauce and eat it. It gives you a special taste with the basil leave and sweet chilli sauce.

Vietnamese Fried Spring Roll

Wrap & Roll Shop is all over the food courts in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Spring Roll in Rice Paper and the Fried Spring Roll with Mee Hoon.

The Prawn rolled in Sugar Cane Stick. There are always alot of Mint, Basil and other leaves provided to make the dishes taste good with special favor.
