There are five refined international restaurants offer delicate cuisine from both Asia and Europe in stylish locations. We have the opportunity to have our breakfast and dinner in one of the restaurant called "Citadel" during our stay in the resort in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

We had dinner in the Restaurant " The Square" in the Novotel Hotel located in the 1Borneo Hypermall Complex. The cooking was good and we had a nice enjoyable dinner with not too many a crowd in the restaurant.

We had breakfast in Mercure Hotel, 1Borneo Hypermall in Kota Kinabalu. The hotel serves international buffet for breakfast at RM30++ per person. There was quite a spread with local and western food available.

We had our breakfast in the Novotel Hotel in 1Borneo. The buffet spread was international with some local dishes like nasi lemak and congee. It was opened from 6 am andthe price is RM30++ each. The food was quite good.

We had lunch in one of the food outlet in the 1Borneo - largest lifestyle hypermall, the Apple Cafe in the basement. You just have to order from the cashier and the food will be delivered to your table.

The Laksa was quite good and it came in big size for a price of RM6.80. The Nasi Lemak was also good especially the rendang chicken for a price of RM6.80.

We had dinner in this seafood restaurant called " Port View Seafood Village". The three dishes costed RM98 and they are just normal in term of taste. The cooking was nothing extra-ordinary though the restaurant was well patronised. Most of the customers dine in the open air section facing the water front.

There are many hawker food stalls in this Tasty Food Village food court. You have to buy coupons to pay for the food. The food is not cheap and cost around RM6-Rm7 for any dish.
The cooking in this mixed rice is not bad, infact, quite tasty.
