Roadside Vegetables Market in Ranau, Mount Kinabalu

Roadside Vegetable Market in Ranau

All types of local vegetables

Flowers plants for sale

Mushrooms

We stopped at the roadside market. Most tourists patronised the Fruits Market stalls while directly opposite across the road is the Vegetables Market where only locals are seen.

The vegetables are grown by the farmers in the area. The produces looked very fresh. As the climate up in the mountain is good for vegetables growing, the vegetables seemed to be big in size as well.

One of the Penang food that we found famous is the Penang ROJAK from this stall Ah Chye Rojak.

There are many Penang food stalls in this confined area. You can find Penang Laksa, Penang Hokkien Mee, Curry Mee, Wan Tan Mee and many others.

The best Penang Rojak is found here. We enjoyed the rojak from Ah Chye Rojak Stall but there are many others.

It is a must for all tourists and visitors from other States of Malaysia to visit this Gurney Drive Hawker's Paradise.
