The Poring Hot Springs, located 40km from the Kinabalu National Parks's Headquarters, has open-air hot sulphur baths set amidst a landscaped garden.

The montane oak-chestnut forest at park headquarters gives way to lowland dipterocarp forest at Poring on the eastern boundary.

We went tracking inside the Mt.Kinabalu Botanical Garden where you find many wild orchids, forna and fauna. It was an interesting trail and you will find it an adventure.
